Terms of service
PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE ACCEPTED BY PURCHASING ADONIA ORGANICS PRODUCTS AND/OR ACCESSING THE ADONIA ORGANICS WEBSITE. BY CLICKING ON LINKS ON THE ADONIA ORGANICS WEBSITE OR MAKING A RETAIL PURCHASE OF ADONIA ORGANICS PRODUCTS YOU WARRANT THAT YOU ARE EIGHTEEN YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING BINDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND WHICH GOVERN ALL YOUR PURCHASES, NOW AND IN THE FUTURE.
THIS AGREEMENT is made on this day by and between Adonia Organics, LLC hereinafter ("Company"), and Adonia Organics retail product purchasers hereinafter ("you").
Company may, in its sole discretion and at any time, modify or change these terms and conditions governing the purchase of Adonia Organics products without notice.
Shipping / Returns / Order Info
U.S. Shipping
All items ordered and paid for will ship within 1 business day unless otherwise noted in the product description. Once shipped, please allow 5 business days for your order to arrive with standard shipping.
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses will be shipped with USPS and may take up to 10 business days to arrive.
We are unable to ship to forwarding addresses. If an order is placed with a forwarding shipping address, the order may be canceled automatically by our system.
Free standard shipping is valid on US orders over $50 before tax and after discount. To offer a better shipping experience and rates to our customers, orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Arizona.
International Shipping
All items ordered and paid for will ship within 1 business day unless otherwise noted in the product description. Please allow 10-14 business days for your order to arrive. We are unable to ship to forwarding addresses. If an order is placed with a forwarding shipping address, the order may be canceled automatically by our system.
International orders may be required to pay for duties upon delivery. Adonia Organics does not assume responsibility for these payments. The payment and knowledge of taxes and duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and Adonia Organics does not reimburse these costs.
For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we strongly recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly prior to placing your order.
Please note, if you choose not to pay duties on import and return the package, we may refund the order less any shipping paid.
Order Cancellations / Address Changes
We at Adonia Organics work hard to help you get your orders as quickly as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This unfortunately means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed, including address changes.
Order Issues
If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.) please contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at customercare@adoniaorganics.com so we are able to assist you and resolve the issue.
We will happily replace any damaged items, however, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required. If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide a photo of everything you received, as well as the packaging. With photographic proof, you do not need to go through the return process in order to receive a replacement. At this time, we are not able to refund items that arrive damaged.
Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are 100% natural so some variation from batch to batch is normal (slight changes in color for example). This does not have an effect on the product’s efficacy, and the products are safe to use for the duration of their 12-month shelf-life.
Our current office hours are 10am-6pm PST seven days a week, excluding major holidays.
Refunds + Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase.
We offer returns within 30 days of purchase back to your original form of payment. To return, please contact us at customercare@adoniaorganics.com. Product(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and return instructions. Follow the instructions and pack the items safely back into the original packaging (if possible). Once we receive the package and inspect the product(s), the total amount minus the original shipping cost will be returned back to your original form of payment. If the product does not meet the return requirements, store credit may be issued or an exchange offered instead. We are unable to offer exchanges or returns of partial sets at this time.
Once we receive the returned item(s) at our facility, please allow 10 business days for the return to be processed. At this time, we are not able to refund orders/items that have not been marked as delivered to Adonia Organics.
If a purchase is made through an unauthorized Adonia Organics retailer, we are unable to assist with a return or exchange.
Please note: We are not able to refund original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier.
Gift Returns
If you are wanting to return a Adonia Organics product that was given as a gift and you are unsure where the gifter made the purchase, please package the product(s) safely and ship them to the following address using the shipping method of your choice within 30 days of receiving the gift:

Please include a note in the package with your email address, otherwise the credit cannot be issued. Once we receive the returned item(s) at our facility, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process the return in the form of store credit.
Please obtain a record of sending the return. The returned item must have at least 50% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify. Please have the return posted within 10 days of reaching out, otherwise, we will not be able to process the return.
Payment
We offer secure online ordering and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Orders are subject to sales tax in the following states: Washington, Oregon, California, New York, Illinois, Connecticut, and Texas. These may change without notice depending on regulations. Tax is calculated according to Adonia Organics, LLC's physical presence in a location.
All prices are in USD. Payment for international orders will be processed at the current exchange rate and will appear as such on your bank statement.
At this time, we are unable to ship to Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Brazil, Czech Republic, Iran, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Sudan, Spain, Sri Lanka, Syria, and Turkey.
UNITED STATES LAW
Adonia Organics operates the Site in the United States. Information contained on this Site may not be appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to this Site from territories where the content of the Site may be illegal is prohibited. If you choose to access the Site or other Offerings from locations outside of the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws if, and to the extent that, such local laws are applicable.
All software used on the Site or other Offerings is subject to U.S. export controls. No such software may be downloaded or otherwise exported or re-exported (i) into (or to a national or resident of) Cuba, Burma, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ivory Coast, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Sudan, Venezuela or any other country to which the U.S. has embargoed goods; or (ii) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department’s Table of Deny Orders. By downloading or using any such software, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit the availability of the Site or other Offerings to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction at any time.
NO WARRANTY/DISCLAIMERS
COMPANY ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE USE OF THESE PRODUCTS TO ACHIEVE ANY INTENDED PURPOSES, OR USE OF THIS PRODUCT OR FOR VERIFYING SPECIFIC RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USE OF THIS PRODUCT. COMPANY PROVIDES THIS PRODUCT "AS IS" AND DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE INGREDIENTS CONTAINED IN THIS PRODUCT WILL MEET ANY SPECIFIC HEALTH REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE PRODUCTS ARE FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.PLEASE CONSULT WITH YOUR PHYSICIAN PRIOR TO USAGE. COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OR CURATIVE EFFECTS AS TO THE USE OF ANY OF ITS PRODUCTS. IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN THAT EVENT, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO 90 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY OF THIS PRODUCT. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
GENERAL
Regardless of whether any remedy set forth in this agreement fails of its essential purpose, in no event will company be liable for any lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages, arising out of any use or inability to use this product or the breach of this agreement, even if advised of the possibility of such damages some States do not allow the limitation or exclusion of Liability for incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
You acknowledge and agree herein that in the event of any dispute between you and Adonia Organics that the only amount of damages that can be awarded herein are limited to the amounts the purchaser has advanced or paid to company for the purchase of its products.
Purchaser has been advised that he or she should consult with their physician prior to use and that no results of use have been made or represented.
In case any provision in this agreement shall be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby and such provision shall be ineffective only to the extent of such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability.
This is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between the parties relating to the use of Adonia Organics Products. You acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
CHOICE OF LAW AND VENUE
The laws of the United States, State of Arizona apply to this Agreement and will specifically not be governed by the United Nations Conventions on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, if otherwise applicable. Any dispute between you and us must be brought before state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, State of Arizona sixty (60) days after the occurrence of the facts giving rise to the cause of action, otherwise the cause shall be forever barred. You hereby consent and submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts as discussed herein for any cause of action relating to or arising under this Agreement or the Site.
