If you still need to return your product; We will gladly exchange or refund your Athena 7-Minute Lift™ purchase within 60 days if you are not completely satisfied.

Please contact one of our representatives to arrange an exchange or a refund. No refund or exchange can be made without verbal confirmation from one of our customer care representatives.

Here's How to Return Your Item

In order to process your return, please provide us with the following information:

1. Your order number. This can be found in your confirmation email or on the packing slip enclosed with your shipment.
2. Your full name; first and last, along with your complete mailing address.
3. The reason for your return. Please be specific as this helps us to improve!
4. A telephone number at which you can be contacted.
